What is the “Delivery Information” section?
The “Delivery Information” section covers everything related to the shipping of your order. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions. If you have already checked the FAQ and still haven’t found the information you need, our dedicated customer service team is here to help. You can contact us directly or send us an email (please note that response time may take up to 3 business days), and a member of our team will gladly assist you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For standard international shipping, your order will usually arrive within approximately 7–14 business days. If your package does not arrive within this timeframe, please feel free to contact our customer service team for an update.
(Note: delivery times do not include processing times, which are generally 2–4 business days.)
Due to high order volumes in month, shipping times may be delayed. Please note that your order may take an additional 2–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also find the tracking information in the “My Orders” section, or simply track your order directly here. As soon as the shipping company provides us with the tracking number, we will send it to you as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
At Valsenia, products are shipped from abroad. In certain cases, shipments may be subject to customs procedures once they reach the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, and when such procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. Due to customs regulations, we never mark purchased items as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual product.
